Unfortunately, due to our small event size and limited capacity, we do not offer single-night camping tickets. We highly encourage all our guests to stay for both nights to fully enjoy the wonderful experience of our scenic campsites.

Eventbrite does not allow ticket changes after purchase. If you are interested in upgrading your ticket, please contact our support team at info@stanhopeweekender.co.uk for further assistance.

No, it is not necessary to have a physical copy of your Eventbrite order. We can scan your tickets directly from your mobile phone. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to print them out.

Not to worry! If you haven't received your Eventbrite tickets, simply send us an email at info@stanhopeweekender.co.uk, and our team will gladly help you.

Tickets for the Stanhope Weekender are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. We maintain this non-transferable policy to prevent organised touting and ticket fraud. However, if you find yourself unable to attend, please reach out to us. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to transfer your ticket to the following event.

Upon purchasing your tickets online, they will be delivered to you as e-tickets directly to the email address you provided during the purchase process. If for any reason you can't find your ticket, or you need it to be resent, please get in touch with us at info@stanhopeweekender.co.uk, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

For ticket holders wishing to transfer tickets from Unthank Park to Castle Park, or vice versa, we do offer the option for a ticket exchange. You can request this by sending an email to our support team at info@stanhopeweekender.co.uk. However, please be aware that if the campsite you're hoping to switch to is already sold out, we won't be able to accommodate your request.

Both campsites will be open from 9:00 AM on Friday, July 05th, and will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 07th.

For non-campers, the live music will start at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 05th, and at 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 06th. The arena will open 30 minutes before the live music begins each day. Additionally, on Saturday, the arena will be open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for breakfast.

The arena closes both Friday and Saturday at 23:30.

For day visitors, all parking is situated on the same field as the Castle Park campsite. This field offers a picturesque five-minute walk to both the arena and the town centre. Day visitors attending the festival and who require parking will need to purchase a parking pass.

For overnight visitors, we have implemented a policy of separating vehicles from camping areas, for safety reasons. While you can still park your vehicle near your tent, there will be a designated section for vehicles to prevent any interactions with campers.

To maintain a peaceful environment during the night and to ensure the safety of pedestrians, no vehicle movements are allowed on our campsites between 11PM and 7 AM.

Unfortunately, generators are not allowed at our festival for safety reasons.

"Ask for Angela" is a safety campaign that originated in the UK. It encourages people, especially women, to discreetly ask bar staff for "Angela" if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Our Bar staff are trained to provide assistance, such as offering a safe space or contacting authorities, to ensure the person's safety. The campaign aims to combat harassment and violence in social settings by giving individuals a discreet way to seek help and support.

Due to the possibility of uneven ground on the festival fields, it is best to wear durable footwear and avoid high heels. Furthermore, it is essential to be prepared for various weather conditions. It is advisable to bring waterproof boots, a raincoat, sunscreen, and suitable clothing for cooler evenings.

Absolutely! We are happy to allow dogs at the Stanhope Weekender and would be delighted to have your furry companions participate in the festivities. We have set up dedicated water stations specifically for dogs to ensure they stay hydrated during the event. In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that you keep your dogs on a leash at all times and responsibly clean up after them.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy, anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 is required to provide identification (ID) to prove that they are of legal age to purchase age-restricted products. Accepted forms of identification typically include passports, driving licenses, or identification cards bearing the PASS (Proof of Age Standards Scheme) hologram.

Guests are permitted to bring one full, sealed, soft drink in a plastic bottle that does not exceed 1L in volume. However, bringing alcohol into the arena is strictly prohibited.

The following items are prohibited*:

• Any item that is illegal to carry or possess under UK Law.
• Offensive weapons, knives, martial arts weapons, batons, or firearms, including hoax or replica items or other similar articles that can be classified as a 'weapon'.
• No smoking or vaping is not permitted in the marquee
• Flammable substances, liquids, and fuel, including no naked flames.
• Fireworks, flares, and other pyrotechnic devices.
• Offensive messaging through materials such as clothing, banners, posters, or flags.
• Bicycles and other wheeled items, except for mobility scooters and other wheeled mobility aids.
• Laser pointers, strobe lights, or drones.
• Glass bottles or containers.

At the Stanhope Weekender, we strive to make the festival accessible to all attendees, including those using wheelchairs but please note the site is a field with natural deviations, which may make wheelchair access difficult in places, especially in the event of heavy rain. We have accessible toilets and parking near the festival arena entrance. Please email us before the festival with your order number, and we can reserve you a parking space.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide electric hook-ups at our campsites. For safety purposes, the use of generators is prohibited as well.

At the Stanhope Weekender, we welcome campers of all ages. However, if you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers.

Yes, both campsites provide hot showers during the following hours:

• Friday: 16:00 to 20:00
• Saturday: 07:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
• Sunday: 07:00 to 11:00

Yes, you are welcome to bring live-in vehicles like motorhomes, caravans, trailer tents, or tent boxes. In order to do so, please make sure to purchase a "Campervan or Motorhome Pass" add-on ticket. This is required per Campervan/Motorhome/Trailer Tent being brought to the event NOT per person or per order.

Indeed, we do have separate areas for tents and live-in vehicles like motorhomes or campervans. This arrangement is essential for ensuring safety and an optimal camping experience for everyone. Upon your arrival, our friendly stewards will direct you to your designated camping spot.

Certainly, you are welcome to camp with your friends or family at Stanhope Weekender. To ensure that you can camp together, we advise that you arrive together. As spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, we are unable to reserve plots. Please be mindful that different camping zones are designated for tents and live-in vehicles such as motorhomes or caravans. Therefore, if your group possesses different ticket types, you will not be able to camp in the same area.

Please note that there are specific guidelines you need to be aware of regarding BBQs at Stanhope Weekender.

You are allowed to bring BBQs that are raised from the ground to the event. However, it is important to exercise caution and supervise them at all times for safety. Unfortunately, fire pits are not permitted to prioritize the safety of all attendees and prevent potential hazards.

The decision on what constitutes a safe BBQ is at the discretion of the fire marshals. They will assess the situation and make decisions in the best interest of everyone's safety. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and working with the event staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, camping will not be available on Thursday night due to logistical reasons. Camping will begin on Friday, 5 July @ 9am, for weekend camping ticket holders.

You are permitted to bring one sealed soft drink (1L) in a plastic bottle. Additionally, you can bring picnics, camping chairs, and your own food. If We understand that some attendees may have specific medical or childcare needs, so any necessary liquids required for those purposes will also be permitted.

Please be considerate of fellow festival-goers and prioritize their comfort and safety. Avoid bringing excessively large items or anything that could block walkways or cause inconvenience.

We collaborate closely with our food vendors to provide a wide range of choices. However, it is crucial for you to directly communicate your specific dietary requirements to the vendors. This will enable them to offer suitable options and ensure that your dietary needs are met safely.
